All prints are shipped in reinforced, protective tubes. If an item arrives compromised, contact dlineworks@gmail.com within 30 days for a priority replacement.
Return & Refunds
- Made to Order: As each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
- Damaged Items: Free replacement or refund for items damaged in transit. Contact dlineworks@gmail.com within 30 days with photos.
- Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement before production begins.
- Lost Packages: If your order is not delivered within the estimate, contact us within 30 days for a carrier investigation.
