Return & Refunds
- Made to Order: As each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
- Damaged Items: Free replacement or refund for items damaged in transit. Contact dlineworks@gmail.com within 30 days with photos.
- Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement before production begins.
