At Dlineworks, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review the policy below to understand how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Made-to-Order Products
All items sold by Dlineworks are made to order. This means each product is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this custom production process, we do not accept general returns or exchanges in the same way as traditional retail stores.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- damaged during shipping
- with a printing or manufacturing defect
- or you receive the wrong item
you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.
How to report an issue
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
Returns for Change of Mind or Incorrect Size
Because all products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- change of mind
- ordering the wrong size
- ordering the wrong colour or product variant
- personal preference or dissatisfaction with the design
We strongly recommend reviewing size charts, product descriptions, and images carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if production has not yet started.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, your item may already be in production and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Exchanges
We only offer replacements or exchanges if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not offer exchanges for sizing or preference issues due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped or is in production:
- we may not be able to issue a refund
- additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing time
- Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days
- Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to complete the transaction
You will receive confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrect:
- custom or personalised products
- sale or discounted items
- digital or downloadable products
Responsibility for Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Dlineworks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages from the delivery location. Customers should ensure that a secure delivery address is provided.
